Alex joined us in 2019 and stepped into filling a big gap on our software test team. His work ethic, skill set, ability to focus, pick up new things, collaborate, and ask good questions are all very impressive. I have thoroughly enjoyed the time spent working with Alex. He is an excellent engineer and an awesome individual. He has positive working relationships with everyone on our team. Alex puts thought into his work and was immediately apparent in the quality of his work during both reviews and formal test qualification events. He has been a significant contributor to our latest successes and has made improvements in our testing environment, as well as speaking up to provide ideas for improvement. He's exceeded my expectations on numerous occasions, and completed tasks outside his test role many times to support our software integration team. I would consider it a mistake to not hire Alex given the opportunity and would happily take Alex to fulfill development, integration, or test roles on any team in the future.
